The Church Council has approved a new fundraising policy effective January 1, 2015.
3 Simple Steps to Fundraising:
1. Determine your desired Fundraising beginning/ending dates and the “type” ticket/product sales or actual fundraising.
2. Complete a Fundraising/Use of Patio Request Form and place it in the Finance Chair’s mailbox to your requested date of sales.
3. The Finance Committee will review the request and reply via telephone and/or email to the Committee Chair or Group Leader. Final approval is required by Church Council.
A complete copy of the New Fundraising Policy, Procedures and forms are available in the church office. Come into the office for a copy of all the new procedures. Please review the policy, procedures and forms. Feel free to inquire to a Finance Committee member if you have any questions. This policy will need to be handed over to whomever may succeed you as Chairperson of your Committee. Thank you for your understanding and willingness to accept these guidelines.
