At St. Matthew, July 17 – 20

Topics include: “How is it With Your Soul?” by Priscilla Pope-Levison and Jack Levison, “The Church and People with Disabilities: Awareness, Accessibility, and Advocacy” by Peggy Johnson, and “The ROMA of Europe” by Larry Beman.  There will also be several focus groups offered, with such topics as technology, Charter for Racial Justice, and a presentation by Stephanie Plotas.  Plan to attend Mission u which is being held at St. Matthew UMC Thursday, July 17th thru Sunday, July 20th.  Attendees will worship with the St. Matthew congregation at the 9:00 am service on Sunday.  Mission u is open to all adults, including men.  UMOM will be catering the lunch and dinner meals.  Registration deadline is  June 30th.  Go online at http://www.desertsouthwestconference.org/mission-u , or contact, Bev Secrist, registrar, at , or call her at 480-345-9420.
