The Desert Southwest Conference is sponsoring a class for everyone interested in improving church accessibility to people with disabilities, and in making our language and attitudes more open and welcoming to all people.  This event is structured around an UMCOR video workshop called “Disability Concerns.”  The $30 fee includes the course book, Friday snacks, and Saturday breakfast and lunch.  The registration deadline is October 12; all participants must be registered.  For more information, see the Conference flyer and registration form, or pick up a registration form at the Welcome Table on Sunday.
